Default ExtJS Community - Stand Alone

I used ExtJS many years ago, and the community edition used to be directly downloadable as an archive, that you could upload to your application web directory. It included all the ExtJS scripts, images, and CSS; kind of like how JQuery is packaged today. I really don't want to include the Sencha's MyGet repositories (for Maven, or NPM, or whatever) as a dependency in my application. Is there some way I can download the full ExtJS Community edition, without needing to include the repos? The application I'm building is more security sensitive, and the additional dependency is too much of a risk. Thanks in advance for any tips!

I'm not really sure what this means? Are you telling me that there will be some kind of open-source GPL release soon?
