    i'll just chime in and say i'm having the same problem the OP is. gslender, we went through all this in a separate thread and when I presented you with the same problem you just told me to brute force the problem with trial and error...well...still no dice

    You cant just set the width to 100% and except that it works correctly.

    I posted a working example and you explained that you are doing something more complex.

    Without a working example of your problem (ie post some code) that clearly demonstrates what you are having issues with, its not really possible for anyone to easily help.

    Also, keep in mind this a community forum - people post problems and we volunteer our time to help. As such, we can't take on full and complex problems without impacting our ability to assist other folks - as nobody here is paying for support. If you need dedicated assistance, Ext JS provide subscription support for this kind of assistance.

    I solved this problem. My program contained also gwt panels with theirs layouts. and when i had replaced them to gxt panels with gxt layouts it workes fine.
