"Unspecified runtime error" on line 206 in IE 6. Grid does not display.
Don't YAHOO already have one?
someone made one for YAHOO they server in their examples... but honestly, I've had some issues with it and IE... the png fix included in it sometimes doesn't work like it should.
that's the one I had issues with![]()
I'm thinking since I'm redoing everything, going for the framework side of things, I'm going to go with something like this
http://www.webreference.com/programm...mn3/index.html I like the smaller footprint is has on the page view, and will be great for loading from a toolbar, especially the horizontal one![]()
I don't see any probs with it on IE7.
It was rare, but occsaionally on ie6, it wouldn't display the PNG correctly. Not sure why, but sometimes it just lost it's size value. ie7, from what I recall, has native support for PNG translucency, so it probably wouldn't have any problems there. I'm trying to remain backwards compliant for ie6 for at least long as sites like yahoo and google do.
Ah. Lucky me. The new app I'm on is long-term. Probably >1 year. We can say it's IE7+ and FF2+ only.
I have just tested the sample again and it works on IE6 with no problems
The color picker does not use images , and its not based on Yahoo picker..since
its an editor built specially for the grid.
here is a screen shot of the picker runing
