Is there a reason why you posted twice about this?

Why are you peppering your questions throughout the forum?

Doesn't matter whether you're new or not. Common sense should tell you posting in multiple places is a no-no.

Cool HTML File Upload is RFC 1867

Read RFC1867 for a complete understanding of the features and limitations of form-based file upload in HTML.

The current implementation of HTML5 file upload standard is dodgy and inconsistent at best, and some browsers don't support it at all. Therefore HTML5 upload is too premature for production.
