    Default [FIXED][3.0RC1.1]TreePanel to pass requestMethod to TreeLoader ctor

    In order to allow trees to be loaded via GET, TreePanel.initComponent needs to pass requestMethod into the TreeLoader ctor. This can be tested with the Checkbox Tree example.

    Code:
    var l = this.loader;
    if (!l) {
        l = new Ext.tree.TreeLoader({
            dataUrl: this.dataUrl ,requestMethod: this.requestMethod
        });
    } else if (typeof l == 'object' && !l.load) {
        l = new Ext.tree.TreeLoader(l);
    }
    this.loader = l;
