In the router.php example for Ext Direct I see there are 'before' and 'after' 'AroundCalls'. I also see that, unlike the main RPC calls, the doAroundCalls method only calls flat functions and does not appear to be able to call methods inside of classes. What is the main purpose for these before/after AroundCalls?
I'm wrapping up the documentation for a symfony implementation of the router and I need to know how the AroundCalls are intended to be used so I can 'symfonize' them and make them bullet proof. I think Aaron Conran was the author of the original PHP example? Aaron if you're around (or if another Ext member could flag him down for me) that would be a great help. I can have the completed symfony router posted within the next day or two.
