    Default Calling destroy() on a Grid with a PagingToolbar generates a JS error on FF

    Hi,

    I am using Ext 2.2.1 and I have a problem with a grid.

    When I am calling destroy() method on a grid which contains a PagingToolbar configured like this in the grid:
    Code:
    bbar  : pagingBar
    the following exception appears only on Mozilla FF (I am using 3.5.2):

    tip is undefined
    tip.unregister.apply(tip, arguments); ext-all-debug.js (line 23240)

    where pagingBar is defined simply like this:
    Code:
    var pagingBar = new Ext.PagingToolbar({
            pageSize: 10,
            store: store,
            displayInfo: true
        });
    Calling destroy on a grid without a bbar work perfectly fine.
    Can you please suggest what should I do in order to be able to call destroy on the grid without this error?

    I assume it's caused by this bug.

    I recommend upgrading to Ext 2.3 (or 3.0).

    ps. But if you don't want to you can work around the problem by adding:
    Code:
    Ext.QuickTips.init();
    on the first line in your Ext.onReady code.

    Hi,

    Thanks, that was the problem. Finally I've upgraded to ExtJS 2.3.0 and it works fine now.

    Thank you
