[FIXED-338][3.0.x SVN] GroupTabPanel is broken because of recent changes to TabPanel

Browser versions tested against:

• IE8
• FF3.5 (firebug 1.4.5 installed)
• Chrome

Operating System:

• WinXP Pro

Description:

• The GroupTabPanel is broken because of recent changes to TabPanel.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• The problem can be reproduced in the GroupTabPanel example included in SVN.

Fix applied to svn in rev #5600 for patch release 3.1.

This has been corrected in SVN.
