Default Mac Safari, GWT 2.0 KeyListener does not work

    Hi!

On Mac (10.5.8), Safari (4.0.4), GWT 2.0, GXT 2.1.0 - the GXT Mail application seam to have problem with the KeyListener. The login button does not get enabled, in spite of the number of the characters being enough.... while it does work on Firefox - and perhaps on others too.

This problem raises after compiling with GWT 2.0 and no problem in the older (gwt 1.7.1) version. Did not test gwt 1.7.1 with 2.1.0...

    Any suggestions?

There is no need for posting 3 times the same question. I merged it again now. It is only an issue in the example. There is no bug in GXT. The next release will contain an updated example.

    Sven, You are right!

Unfortunately I did not know how to move the post under the proper section.

Can I delete some of my posts?

Otherwise, how should the sample be changed, to work properly? As I have used it....

Sven, I did notice that the GXT Mail Demo Login is still as I have stated. And the same is true in my app using the latest GXT release.

I have noticed it only in Safari - (the browser I am using is Safari 4.0.4, on Mac, OsX 10.5.8)

Could you suggest me some solution to this?
