Default [FIXED] gxt 2.1: ColumnFooter not public

    hi dev team,

i have not found an issue in forum search for this:

the class ColumnFooter is not public. thus i cannot use it in my own GridView implementations. i have to override and reimplement many methods of GridView. i need that as i am short before finishing a real BufferedGridView where rows can have different height, rows are rendered and loaded only on demand, api is 100% GridView....

but i am happy that the extension of GridView is much easier than DatePicker. i tried to make a DateTimePicker and ended up in copy/paste the code and put it in a com.extjs.gxt.ui.client.widget package as it is full of private and highly package dependent.

    regards, kht
