Build Faster with New Developer Tools

Streamline Multi-Project Workflows with VS Code App Path View

You can now easily view the full path of your Rapid Ext JS app within VS Code settings. This gives teams clearer context when navigating across multi-project workspaces, and simplifies configuration for large-scale enterprise environments.

One-Click Builds: Choose Development or Production for Dynamic Packages

A new “Choose the Build Script” option has been added, enabling developers to easily switch between development and production build modes directly from the interface. This simplifies workflows by making it faster and more intuitive to optimize performance or debug during development.

Additionally, dynamic packages defined in app.json help optimize large applications by splitting them into separate bundles. This ensures only essential code loads initially, while additional resources are loaded on demand, improving load times and scalability.
