I’m honored to introduce myself as the new General Manager of Sencha. It’s an exciting time to join a community of over 10,000 developers and partners who continue to build mission-critical applications with our platform.
Sencha plays a vital role within the Idera family—one of the largest private software companies in the U.S. I’m confident that together, we can unlock even more value for developers, businesses, and the broader JavaScript ecosystem.
Our mission remains simple: to make powerful application development intuitive, scalable, and productive. In my new role, I’ll be focused on accelerating innovation in the areas that matter most to you—starting with performance, usability, and modern development experiences.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to roll out a series of impactful product updates. This includes continued progress toward the next major release of Ext JS 8.0, arriving later this year, which will be packed with new features and tooling enhancements tailored for modern JavaScript development. We’re also advancing Rapid Ext JS, a powerful low-code solution for enterprise application delivery; ReExt, a faster way to build enterprise-grade UIs with React; and AI-assisted enhancements to our documentation, designed to make learning and building with Sencha more intuitive than ever.
We’re also bringing the community together for JS Days—a flagship event designed to showcase our roadmap, spotlight real-world success stories, and foster meaningful collaboration.
