Sanjay brings over 30 years of experience in financial and accounting management to his role as CFO of Sencha, with significant experience in the software and services sector. He most recently served as CFO of Moxie Software. Prior to that, he was CFO of Montavista Software Inc., a privately-held, embedded Linux company that was sold to Cavium Networks. Previous roles include CFO/Vice President of Finance for KSR, Continuent, Bluestar Solutions, Extensil, and Challenger Systems, where he was responsible for financial and accounting functions, developing strategic plans and leading several rounds of funding efforts. Sanjay is a Chartered Accountant and has an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA from the University of Bombay. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
